SHOW JUMPING - HANLEY FIFTH IN PORTUGUESE GRAND PRIX

Only one double clear round was achieved in last night's (Friday) Grand Prix at Lisbon, Portugal, and that came from French winner Nicolas Delmotte, but Ireland's Cameron Hanley took a fifth place on Sevil Sabanci's ten year-old 'SIEC Concept' with a total of four faults over two rounds on the 1m60 course.

Hanley's single error came in the first round, but second time out the Mayo-born rider went clear, and took fifth place and a prize purse of 4,200 euro.
